Unlocked Travel Community introduces our community, independent travel business support and holiday specialists. These terms cover use of this website. A holiday booking, agency membership or other paid service will have its own agreement, supplier details and conditions, which should be provided before you commit.

The community and the travel agency

Unlocked Travel Community provides mentoring, learning resources and community support. InteleTravel is the travel agency behind the travel agent registration, booking platform and supplier access described on this website. Agency membership and travel bookings are governed by the relevant agency and supplier agreements.

PlanNet is a separate representative programme for sharing the business opportunity. It is included in the combined joining option, and is separate from travel booking commission. The InteleTravel-only option does not require the PlanNet representative option.

Enquiries and decisions

Sending an enquiry is a request for a conversation. It is not a booking, an application acceptance or a commitment to join. Confirm the current price, availability, inclusions and applicable terms directly with the relevant person before paying or entering an agreement.

Business income is not guaranteed. Commission depends on eligible bookings, supplier and agency conditions, cancellations and costs. Community experiences describe individuals’ views, not a promise of the same outcome for you.

Holiday information

Destination pages offer inspiration and planning guidance. They are not live offers or availability confirmations. Travel requirements and local conditions can change. Check the relevant official guidance and the booking provider’s terms for your journey.

Ask the booking provider to identify the organiser, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any financial protection that applies to the particular booking. No protection should be assumed simply from visiting this website.

Respectful use and content

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access systems without permission, send abusive or misleading enquiries, or submit another person’s private information without authority.
